Water or Antifreeze?

I just bought an Aquarius II liquid cooling system and I'm wondering what would cool the best. Water or Antifreeze? I've even thought about using water with a little bit of rubbing alcohol added to it. I've never used a liquid cooling system before so I'm open to any suggestions.
