So I went swimming Monday night, and got some water in my ear...which hasn't come out yet. It doesn't hurt or anything, but I can barely hear anything out of that ear. How the hell can I get this out?

stand on one leg (the one the same side as the ear), tilt top half of body to the same side, pull a little on your earlobe and bounce on the one leg... it will come out guaranteed.

spray some "Great Stuff" foam in your ear. it will expand and force the water out.

get a can of air duster and blow up your nostrils.

bonus: it will freeze your brain too!

Go to the pharmacy and get some drops specifically made for people with this problem - "Swimmers Ear", I think. If you had tubes in your ears when you were young or other ear issues, it's common to encounter this from time to time. Myself, I find that swimming is second nature, but I get this all the time; it sucks, which is why I don't swim as often as I used to. Just use the drops and it should go away after a bit. Alternatively, drain your ears by lying on your side for hours.

As stupid as it sounds and as stupid as you'll look doing it, it works every time for me.

Putting a few drops of warm water in the ear and then turning your head over has always worked for me..

That's the idea.
I did that all the time since I swam almost everyday.
