Water dye / UV reactive

Anyone have any suggestions on a dye for my w/c setup? It needs to be Blue btw. I want a dye that makes it blue during the day (w/o UV light) AND blue during the night with a UV light on it. is it possible to find one that does BOTH? Or do they all do this? Links are appreciated! thanks

When I ran my setup I used a combination of 2 things.

About 10% Volkswagon/Audi coolant to give the blue tint. *bought at a dealership* and a capful of RIT *can buy at walmart, grocery store or at the link below* for UV reactivity.

RIT white& bright liquid works VERY well for blue UV, much better than any die I have tried. Make sure you add it after your loop is filled to prevent foaming.
