I saw benchmarks earlier, putting the Asetek WaterChill at the best price to performance ratio, any other opinions?

I want something that will cool dual GPUs, my CPU, and maybe other things (chipset, ram, etc..)

I would like price to be in the middle of things (not too expensive, not too cheap either)

Thanks

Depends on what you're going for. If you're looking for silence, then the Zalman Reserator Plus is the way to go; other wise the best performance you're going to get is from the Swiftech Apex kit. Unfortunately, I think that any water cooling right now that isn't "top of the line" is actually quite close in performance to the best air coolers, so you're gonna have to go all out or not at all in terms of performance. The price is just too much to half-ass it.

If your going to cool down everything, you going to have to spend about 200-300 on top notch system

Storm waterblock ~60-70$
BIX2 or BIP3 radiator: BIX 60$ or BIP3 50$
D5 or mcp655(same pump) 75$
dual maze4 gpu blocks ~45-50$ *2

don't cool your ram, its totally useless
