Maze 3 water block, Eheim pump (or similar), and a $20 copper heater core from your local autostore. If you want to get fancy you can even build a small duct out of thin sheetmetal and attach a 120 mm fan slowed down to 5 volts.

Goto dangerden.com

Do a google search on "Duct radiator mod water cooling" or something like that.

Never mind, dangerden sells copper heater cores for $30 (single and double), the $10 extra is well worth the time and money saved soldering on fittings onto a heatercore from a auto store, and they have premade shrouds for $10.

No need to leave the den.

Welcome to Anandtech ockap!

Check out Overclockers watercooling forum.

I would go to D-Tek Customs and get a poly topped whitewater cpu block w/1/2" barbs and a pro core w/1/2" barbs. Looks like they are out of stock on the pro core right now. It's a chevette heatercore with 1/2" barbs soldered on. You can also go to napaonline and get a chevette heatercore for $20. Tubing can be heated up in water to fit on the standard pipes.
Then go to McMasterCar and get 10' of 1/2" i.d., 3/4" o.d. masterkleer tubing and a 1/2" T fitting.
You'll need a worm drive clamp on each connection.
For a pump you may find a used eheim 1250 for $40. or $50. Otherwise a Danner Mag 3 is about that price new.
Use distilled water and add 10% antifreeze to keep the bugs down.

If that's too expensive then down grade the cpu block to a D-Tek TC-4 or Spiral for $25.

You'll need a 120mm fan for the heatercore. You can buy or make a shroud that seals the fan to the outside of the heatercore so that the air moves through the whole core. I used a tupperware container that happens to be the same size as a chevette heatercore and just cut a hole in it for my fan.

White Water is a lot for $100 budget, the 1250 pump is more like $60.

For cheap, you want to look at Via pump, $25 spiral block, chevette heatercore, some tubes, make a T-line, and add a fan to that heatercore, thats about it.
