No, if the front was the intake, like usual, the hot air would be blown over all the components, reducing the effectiveness of the rads. At the back, one side is the hot air and the other is right against cooler air.

Like Rads really get THAT hot. If your rad is putting out hot air, it's not strong enough.
The water in the rad couldn't heat up more than a couple of degrees going through the loop.
But yea, IMO it's better in the back/outside/on top pushing air out of case.
