The first one is fine, although you don't need two 120mm fans on that dtek heater core. The difference between my system (which is similar to yours) with 1 120mm fan (and shrould) on 12v and 7v is negligible (2c max). I was using the aluminum fan that came with the dtek system. Remember that these systems are able to dissipate several hundred watts of energy quite readily, and although high airflow through the heater core will help increase dissipation a great deal, we are only dealing with heat sources of about 120w max (this is max heat output of my 3.6ghz p4 under full load). My system has the pump, resevoir (bay res) and heater core in an external box (with led's) that I constructed sitting next to the case, 2 foot long tubes runnign into and out of my system connecting to a white water block. Temps with the heatspreader removed are 25c max load @ 3.6ghz in a 60-65f room.

Pm me if you have any questions about setting it up. I'll be more than happy to help. On another note, please do not use any isopropyl alcohol in your loop. It will damage any acrylic in your loop, and that nice new resevoir will crack at any pressure points.
