Water cooling questions...

I just bought water cooling off of someone on this forum and I was wondering how hard water cooling is to maintain? Is it hard to setup? Am I supposed to use anti-freeze like what some people say? And does it turn on automatically?

I would recommend you do a lot of research before trying out a water cooling kit. They are dangerous if you don't take the necessary precautions. I almost burned my Duron when trying out a kit. I would recommend using anti-freeze and a powerful cooler (or a mini-refrigerator).
