Water cooling pump question

Does anybody know what a good flow rate would be for a closed system
water pump . I plan on using a Maze-2 water block from Danger Den .
I found a pump I'm thinking about using . Its a Shurflo Nautilus ,it
pumps one gpm . It will also run on 12 volts so I'm hoping to run it off my ps .

Each set up works a little different and pump ratings mean almost zero. Until you hook it up there no way to tell. I've run a micro submersible 70gph and it seems a little weak. It probably only moves about 20gph in system. And a 540gph inline that was just plain scary. I bet that Nautilus would be great. 12volt? powersupply? That's where I'd get concerned. Make sure the Amps aren't too high.
