Water Cooling Overclocking

I'm interested in getting water cooling in the near future, and am curious about how much extra overclocking I could expect from it. Any chance people with water cooling could advise?

Also info on the best way to go about water cooling would be good. I don't consider myself a general n00b, but I've never ventured into water cooling before and find the idea of a kit appealing (such as the soon to be aquagate from coolermaster). However if doing it by hand will save money and increase efficiency, I'm more than happy to give it a go. I would like to keep all the stuff inside the case though (planning on getting the CMStacker soon - should be plenty of room in there). Any help would be muchly appreciated.

There are countless threads such as yours which would be able to help you judge whether or not you want to hand build or kit.

My first watercooled rig I used a kit, helps you understand exactly what needs to be done. Besides if you get a decent kit you can always mix and match some higher quality components in at a later date.
 
Also:

Depending on your setup you could expect anywhere from a moderate to a huge increase in potential since you could volt mod your mobo and raise the cpu speed stable easily.
 
A starter kit is a viable option for initiates, but assembling a watercooler from parts really isn't that hard. I would suggest reading up on the basics, moving on to advanced material and reviews of individual components and then making your selection. As for overclocking, I think that depends on the heat dissipation qualities of your cooler and how well you understand the process of overclocking.
