Water cooling KICKS A#$

What kicks a$$ even more is when you find a way to put your water res and rad outside so the winter air can chill your water.

I have a amd 2400+ on the way and with temps dropping outside, I should get a nice oc when my cpu temp is at 50-60F under full load 🙂

Just looked at your pictures (sorry should have looked first) you have your radiator fan pointing in the wrong direction. It should push air out of hte case otherwise you'll have too much positive pressure and hot spots can appear.

Nice setup though.

Uh If you looked at the page Colin,

You'll see that there is a 120mm fan in the front of the case blowing air in the case, and the 120mm fan in the back is blowing through the radiator or out the case.

That would be a great 2003 score if it was valid to, to bad. 🙁

I did look at the pictures, in this one http://home.ma.rr.com/silverback/real.JPG the label of the fan is facing into the ase which should mean the fan is blowing in that direction. Or does the sunon do things backwards?

If that's the case the two 120mm fans are blowing into your case.

? 3DMark03 score? You mean my score? 🙂

It does look like the rear fan is backwards. With every fan I've ever seen the logo and motor supports are on the exhaust side.
