No, watercooling "stuff" is not bad, just Thermaltake watercooling is junk, pure and simple.

OR.....you can piece together a kit......common recommendations include:
Swiftech radiators....best bang for buck radiators on the market
Pumps....DDC or D5, both produced by Laing, sold by Swiftech (MCP350/355 or MCP 655 series) and Danger Den, among others
CPU block....lot of choices, some more popular ones lately are Swiftech's GTZ, Watercool HK 3.0, Enzotech Sapphire Rev. 2, amongst others
Tubing....current favorite is Primochill LRT, size is up to you
