water cooling advice

I'm building a new system. Althon 64 3400+/ABIT K8T800/1GB Ram. The system isn't what I'm worried about.

I decided to go watercooling; it's more effective, looks better, and allows me to concentrate when my computer is on (I currently have 6 fans, it sucks).

So far, these are the parts I've decided on:
Swiftech CPU/GPU/Chipset blocks, 3/8inch
Danger Den Radiator, 1 120mm fan
Swiftech pump
Generic cd-rom reservoir

What is the general opinion about the swiftech blocks? I picked them because they look the best in my opinion, and swiftech has always been a good name in the past.

The Danger Den radiator I've heard is the best. Will 1 120mm fan cool it well enough to withstand all the cooling it's going to be needed for? Keep in mind, I'll probably keep it at medium to full power.

Does the reservoir size really matter? I'd like to go with a smaller one, but it seems like the more water, the cooler.

On the subject of watercooling, I need a case that can go with this setup. It has to have a window, and it has to be a tasteful color (black preferably, but gray or dark blue would be okay). The more room inside the better, but I don't need a server-sized case.

Finally, what's the best way to mount the radiator and fan? I'd like to keep it internal, and it'd probably be best if I could mount it directly on a rear 120 mm fan outlet. How could I go about doing this? Hopefully I won't have to add a blowhole.

I personally think Swiftech blocks are the best value there is. Great performance and upgradable for future sockets and mounting mechanisms.

I've heard horror stories of CD-ROM reservoirs breaking. I personally think a t-line is the most efficient way, as the cooling from a reservoir would probably be negligible unless it were all metal and had a fan directly on it. A CD-ROM res also adds more weight, which is bad if you move your system a lot.

If you want to mount a single 120mm rad outside, look into getting a case with a 120mm exhaust and one of Swiftech's radboxes. Go to http://forums.silentpcreview.com/viewtopic.php?t=3606 for a database of 120mm exhaust cases.

Will you consider a 2X120mm rad for better cooling? Looks like you may need it if you're running a CPU, GPU, and chipset all in one loop. A single 120mm rad is good for just a CPU, but I dunno about all three chips...

A 120mm rad will largely prevent you from internal mounting unless you mod your case.
