water coolers - info please, want to OC 1.2 AMD

I don't think a 1.2 Ghz athlon will overclock much using any method, maybe except liquid nitrogen. I think that the max is close to around 1300 mhz if you have a good chip and are using conventional methods which include water cooling.
 
I heard somewhere (in this forum I guess) that one japanese guy overclocked his, was it 1 or 1,2 Ghz athlon, to 1,7 Ghz with liquid nitrogen or something.
