i have the cooler master aquagate water cooler my question is if i want to change the water and i can't get another tube from cooler master what kind of water can i use that do the same job and where can i get it....?

I wouldn't recomend radiator fluid because it makes the water more viscos (sp?). Which mean it makes it thicker, which makes the water move slower, which make your cooling performance worse. Just use straight Distilled water, an anti-corrosive inhibitor (water-wetter for example), and an anti-growth additive, like methanol.
