Might depend on how many days of being overdue they give you before they report to credit agencies. Call and ask perhaps?

No impact.

It is when the call you and put it into a collections system (internal or external) that you can start to be concerned.

For the most part you won't have any issues unless it's gone to a collections agency.

Yep, utilities only affect credit if they go to collections.

i don't recall giving the water dept for social security number.
i don't think they can report you with out with out a ss#
