In Windows 98SE version 4.10.2222a there was a program in the Windows Setup called "WebTV for Windows" and another called "Wave Top" that was also part of the Windows Setup. With those programs installed and my Zoltrix TV Max card I was able to hook my cable television signal to the computer and watch tv on my 21" NEC monitor. In Windows 2000 and Windows XP these programs are gone. I have the latest Zoltrix drivers installed on both programs and the programs recognize the card with no conflicts. I have tried "DScaler" and "WinDVR" with only partial success in 2000Pro and no success at all in XP Pro with getting TV to actually play. In 2000 it gets the audio but not video.
