Watching a DVD on my computer.

Hey I have a DVD on my computer but no CD, I'm currently using VCL to watch it since it's the only one I can find that can view .Cue files and I have no DVD burner, but the quality isn't that great on my computer with that program, is there any way to convert it or any better programs?
 
Power DVD is about the best program your going to get for DVD streams.
Converting it will do you no good. Its not worth the time to upscale the stream.
Are you running your monitor at its correct optimised resolution specifically if you have a LCD panel.
Is the stream still in its original native format and has not been converted already?
