This is the sister thread to one I made a few months back about the same watch. I dropped into the Sears that was selling this watch again and happened to have my digital SLR camera around my neck. Snapped a photo - which the guy behind the counter seemed very alarmed about, to my amusement. 😛 Here it is:

Omega Constellation Chronometer (center)

Now, I can get it for $600 CDN + taxes. A lot of money, but potentially a good deal. What do our watch guys think of this? I find it incredibly sexy, but would like for it to be worth what I'd pay for it, especially in the arena of reliability. The store doesn't have any of the materials that normally come with the watch (I guess it's used).

The Omega Constellation is an excellent, if not outstanding watch. I haven't priced them lately but $600c sounds nice.

My favorite Constellation Text

Clean, simple, looks good with almost any clothes, and it will still look good 20 years from now. IMO.
