Well it's a console port. However, it's Ubisoft Montreal we're talking about here. They don't exactly optimize their games for Windows.

the game is mainly a PS4/Xbox1 game right? 670 running on ultra sounds right if they don't allow you to improve the quality much on the PC.

but I'm sure you can make the 670 look really bad by running it at a higher res/AA
 
That's meaningless, as they don't tell you what CPU you need, what resolution that runs at or what framerates they consider acceptable. But it's good to know I won't need to upgrade my computer for a game I'm marginally interested in.

I'm sure it's i7-ish at 1080p-ish like every other game out there.
