I've noticed this is the only DirectX game where I've ever encountered the famous Vsync locked at either 60fps or 30fps. I thought this only happened with OpenGL games and that DirectX already had some kind of built-in triple buffering.
Anyway, I found out this is a bug, since switching from fullscreen to borderless and then back to fullscreen solved the issue. But I have to do this every time I play the game, so it's more a workaround than a fix. Anyone know a fix?
