Wat might have gone wrong wid my speaker system ? :S

ok friends my speaker system of Altec lansing(2.1) is not showing power in controller. i opened up da woofer but ccouldnt find any thing faulty or anything wrong. I believe that no damage is caused to speakers but to its powering system.When i opened da woofer dere was a kind of stabilizer for powering it, i couldn't observe dat thing as it was in narrow area. so i cant actually figure out what da problem is. Plz help me in this. Any reply will be appreciated.

Try different power outlet!
