Wasted my money on 'Ghost Dog' on DVD

I heard/read good things about this movie. IMDB poll gives it a 7.9/10, that's right there with The Shining and Full Metal Jacket! Good score!

So I ordered it on DVD, and waited cause it was backordered. Boy was I excited when it came in! Brought it home, watched it with my Girl...When it was over I was lookin for somethin to throw cause i couldn't believe I wasted money on CRAP like this!

I suppose it was partly my fault, I had high hopes and expectations. I thought I was gonna get chocolate puddin, but instead I got day old dog sh*t. The movie was SLOWWWWW going and what little 'action' there was, wasn't worth waiting for. Only good thing about this movie was when Whitaker gets shot, cause you know FINALLY the movie is about to end.

I didn't see it. Have you tried using amazon.com for reading reveiws of a movie? It's not a bad resource, especially when there are a lot of reviews. Even with a fairly high rating of 4 out of 5 stars, if you read the negative comments you can get a more accurate picture of the movie than just a rating number alone. Ghost Dog.
