First time logged on for a week...Im in a hostel and Im having a blast (I cant find the apostrophe key on this keyboard). Didnt like France, but Germany was cool. People were really really friendly and offered help whenever we looked lost. French people, ehh, well, lets say they arent that friendly and most people were rude toward all foreigners, not just Americans. Well, mz time going to expire soon for this comp, so ttyl. Germany is cool. I went there as an exchange student about 5 years ago(wow I'm old😉). Of course i didnt do so well in school over there since I kind of went to the Pubs everynight and wasnt very functional the next day.

lol French people are pricks for many years I guess then... some World War 2 books (such as Band of Brothers) tell of people saying they like the Germans over the French because the French were just assholes and some other reasons...

I don't know if thats prejudice on my part believing your first hand account and several book's accounts and I hope not. Hope I didn't say anything to get a week off...

That is my favorite place in Europe. We stayed at the Mountain Hostel in Gimmelwald... must be the most beautiful place on Earth!
