Last most impressive SiS chipset was for Intel and Anandtech awarded the ASUS P4S800-E-Deluxe, a board compared to the Intels high end and the cost no more than $ 100.

When SiS came with the 755 it was the first to reach 1000 MHz HT and was the fastest leaving the NF150 and VIA K8T800 behind.

Days past and no motherboards from big brands, just a micro ATX my ASUS and GigaByte.

Then came the Sis 755FX and now we have the 756 with int. graphics.

What is going on. No one needs 12 USB's if Nvidia has them to offer. No one needs support when 10 HD's when SiS offering a little less.

Dual Lan comes in handy, implemented if the manufacturer wants it to.

SiS Ram performance pretty striking too.

Over-clocking may be a limit but that is to be said if u see any boards based on it. Sadly, non of the bigger parties have produced any, just saw full ATX versions on last years E3.

This is really sad, due to whatever reason and the hardwork from SiS, its not paying off. SiS has been set totally for value sector.

Remember when AT reviewed the reference board from SiS for the AMD Athlon64, the Sis 755, they said we will review the production models to see where it goes.

The only production models they got were from ECS(no surprize) but then reviewing the Foxconn based mobo was a surpirze.

Nothing else since then.

SiS755 = 800MHz HTT, AGP, no integrated graphics
SiS755FX = 1000MHz HTT, AGP, no integrated graphics
SiS756 = 1000MHz HTT, PCI-E, no integrated graphics

The SiS760 and 761 series support integrated graphics.
