I'm helping my mom pay her Washington Mutual credit card bill. But the website sucks arse, and it's hard for me to find out how to pay the credit card debt with their site.

I'm trying to add a Payee, but no idea what the Payee Account ID is. Can't find it either. Help!
 
Umm..it sounds like you are into the online BILL PAY portion of WAMU and not the payment center. In other words, you are in the section that allows you to pay your monthly electric bill using their site vs. making a payment TO the account.
