Washable case fan filters???

Heard something about washable case fan filters some time back. Anyone know if and where I can find any?

I just wash the foam that comes with the filters that you buy from SVC or any of those online places - wash it, scrub and roll the dust and junk out of it, dry it, put it back in. Or just vacuum them occasionally.
