I got another 5850 and this time it's screwing up my HDD capacity in Antec Solo wasting two bays due to power connector coming out of the rear. Why did'nt they make it come out of top of card?
 
maybe cause antec sucks at hard drive layout in most of its cases lol. none of my coolermaster cases have that problem and one of em is smaller than an antec solo 🙂
 
Yeah, power connectors on the top of the card rather than the rear really should be the god damn standard and I dunno why its not. If its going to be to the rear of the card, at least make the connectors near the bottom so I can just run the 6 pins behind the mobo backplate and not have them floating around screwing up airflow and whatnot.
