Was Vid Card, all fixed now

I am putting my p4 system together tonight. I have the cpu, memory, and vid card installed on my th7II. When I try to boot up, I get no video and post code C1 with error beeps. Any idea what this is? Any idea how to fix it? The manual shows the error to be a ram problem, but I believe I have the ram and crimms inserted correctly. Nothing has been tested on a working system.

I'm using
Northwood 1600
th7II raid
2x256 samsung 800mhz 8device rimms
ati radeon 64meg vivo

For some reason the computer did like my old radeon. Stuck the new 8500 in there and booted right up. Strange but a relief.
