Today after school, I was planning on grabbing a Dr. Pepper from the machine for $1. Unfortunately I forgot my wallet. I saw some kid trying to use the pay phone, but I hung up on him before his call went through so his change came back, and told him I'd let him use my friend's cell phone for 50 cents. My friend consented and I was halfway there. Here comes the really slick part. The guy who just got a soda, accidently hit the wrong button on the machine, and got something he didn't want. I told him I'd give him my 50 cents for it, and he agreed. Then I turned to the guy in line behind him and sold the Vanilla coke to him for a dollar. Free sodas are neat aren't they?

Well, not exactly smooth, but shows a certain entrepreneurial spirit. Hanging up on stranger's phone calls is a good way to get smacked one upside the head, though.
