Oh and lets not forget his own lawyer, again a tax attorney, allegedly called him a monster. Or atleast thats why Tyson said when on the stand.

Stuff that the jury didnt hear.

1. Washington falsely accused some other man of rape two or three years prior. The guy wasnt allowed to testify, Irregular ruling.
2. Washington told a friend she would cry rape if she ever slept with a celeb. Friend wasnt allowed to testify, Irregular ruling.
3. Washington told a friend she had sex with Tyson. Friend wasnt allowed to testify, Irregular ruling.
4. Washington called her lawyer, seeking advice on a civil suit before calling police the next day. Lawyer wasnt allowed to testify(for obvious reason).

Tysons not going to do anything unless someone provokes him as has been seen time and time again.

Examples Lennox Lewis body guard in the infamous weigh in. The body guard verbally provoked Tyson.

Two chumps in New York that verbally taunted Mike Tyson, he left the area, they followed, kept taunting. He then proceeded to knock the crap out of one of them.

why is OJ even being compared to the kobe or tyson case. OJ not only was tried for murder but for pretty much cutting off a woman's head! furthermore, im not sure the race card can be played as much in kobe's defense - considering the supposed evidence. do u guys think the race card will be played in kobes case? also, yeah how can kobe be vindicated now that hes already admitted to committing adultery - does he think coke and nike and whoever endorses him will not drop him w/o a second thought regardless if hes vindicated of the rape charge?

To answer the original question, I remember a lot of people attacking Tyson's accuser. I didn't and still don't think he did it. But I don't feel sorry for him after his dumbass "After all I been through, I wish I woulda raped the b*tch" comment.

I personally believe these accusers either had it premeditated or changed their minds mid-coitus or after some coaching/shame. But these high profile athletes (and their handlers) should know these kind of women are everywhere, and it's their own fault that their future is placed in the hands of a feeble-minded (c'mon, most intellegent people get out of sitting in the box) jury in a "he said/she said" trial.

Nothing to do with the race card. Everything to do with high buck lawyers getting you off, guilty or not.

Sounds good to me. I never heard of him before all these fvcking threads popped up, but I think he's scum for sleeping around while he's married. Why the fvck would you get married in the first place, if that's your idea of fidelity?

No in the OJ trial, the major defense card was the RACE card. IE: Disputing the DNA evidence because Mark Furmen was a supposed racist and thus corrupt cop that allegedly planted all the evidence. Thats what the defense was, they undermined the police by using the race card.

thats what i was talking about the race card in oj's case. i remember i couldnt go to swimming practice b/c they were afraid of riots going on. im just saying from my post above that i dont think that kobe will get that support in terms of riots as oj did. im not why i think this.

His current lawyers are very good at public relations, and up there with Cochran when it comes to legal defense, I mean one got one of the Ramseys off the hook for murder(be it the father, mother or brother). Cochran is all about flair, and isnt so hot at PR.

Plus Cochran would have to have taken the Colorado bar and have a license to practice law in that state. Im not sure he has that.
