was there ever a "Silver Screen Edition" of ESB or RoTJ?

The Silver Screen Edition of A New Hope is just awesome to watch. Did they ever do the same treatment of the other 2 in the series?

I don't think so. They certainly have the Despecialized editions which are awesome. I think somebody may be working on a transfer of the original ESB 35mm print. It's been a while since I've checked.

I know there were talks/rumors/promises but nothing I can google has any definitive answers.

I've seen all 3 Despecialized movies. They're excellent.
I have not seen this alleged Silver Screen version. If its good, I may get it.

The SS Edition is just a great throw-back to a less civilized time. :)
Seriously, the graininess, the mono sound etc. It's really like watching a movie in a theater 30+ years ago.
