Was there ever a full-size version of the 7500 PCI w/HSF?

I am trying to find out if there was a full-sized, retail Radeon 7500 PCI (not the lower clocked and low profile 7500LE that Powercolor sells)? If so, does anyone know what the core/memory speeds on it were and would it overclock? Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Power budget on PCI is quite limited ... this might have been the reason why the PCI 7500s all were LEs.
