That's my take on it too. Even though it wasn't a vulgar threat, it was still a threat, and I don't know if I would've reacted much differently. Maybe not have used the phrase he did, but I definitely would've said something not so nice.

Seems as though Moderator Bias is at it again?

Indeed. This is the part of the thread where I once again state my claim that mods should have badge numbers so that they may maintain their isolation from their "normal" accounts, but have some level of accountability over their actions.
