Please help me decide. Look at these components that I combined on newegg
Antec Performance I P180B $124.99
2X Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS 320GB $94.99x2=190
eVGA GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 KO $289.99
SILVERSTONE ST50EF-Plus ATX 12V 2.2 500W $104.99
Crucial (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 $229.99
ASUS P5B-E Socket T (LGA 775) Intel P965 $154.99
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe $220.00
Total $1300.00
I was happy with my selections and just to make sure how much I saved over buying prebuilt I checked out dell outlet.
Look at this
$1,349.00 XPS 700 Intel Core 2 Duo - 2130 Genuine Windows XP Home 160 GB SATA Hard Drive (10K RPM) 2gb ddr2-667 DVD/RW;DVD-ROM 512MB ATI Radeon X1900 XTX Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic, w/Dolby Digital 5.1
Actually I saved about $100 cause I won't get any overclocking out of Dell and thats the price to replace the motherboard to be able to overclock. I'm guessing I'll be able to use the memory Dell supplied to overclock cause its ddr2-667.
I really have no idea what to do now.
