So? Is there some regulation that says when and how you can invoke someone's name? Is there some restriction that says that during the discussion / event that day NOM could only talk about one particular aspect or topic?
cubby's right, you're just letting your particular perspective cloud your rational view on the matter.
The bottom line is, you (or the Clementi family or whatever groups out there) don't like NOM using Clementi to attempt to bolster whatever point they're trying to make. It's a complete non-issue IMO.
