Yeah, he was banned for a month after questioning why gay-bashing is allowed on the forums.

Isn't the usually a lockable subject?

I hope these questions are allowed to be asked and maybe an answer would be nice, so we don't wonder wtf.

There was a thread on it in Forum Issues that mysteriously disappeared.
Basically Mill unleashed a load of bile in response to someone superstitious about sleeping with the fan on.
Mill says he'd be glad to be the trigger-man in the murder of the poster's friend.
Felix accuses him of advocating violence against women, and calls Millennium a name hereby euphemised as "homosexual lover."
Mill complained that it is ok to use one slur but not one of a laundry list of other slurs (and proceeds to post the entire list).
Hilarity ensues.
One member is monthabanned.
One member is clean as a whistle.

That thread he posted was pretty much flamebait, although I don't know if it deserved a permaban or not. A lot of people here interpret joking around as gay bashing because they're too uptight. Besides, nobody is guarenteed not to be offended on the forum anyway, the people who run it do their best to see that things are kept clean without impairing our expression too much, IMHO.

It is so shocking that saying i love you is tolerated, but nlgger, beloved patriot, beloved patriot, slant-eyed, etc would get you banned. Really shocking...
