both. i tried from home this morning, got "Loading" forever... eventually, it timed out. i went to work, tried multiple times throughout the day, and it still just hung. tried forums.anandtech.com, www.anandtech.com, no go. i did the same from a lynx session on columbia.edu (my old old old account) and it also didn't connect. 🙁

i thought the problem would be universal, but now i'm thinking it was a northeast kind of thing.
