I just reformated my HD because I'm installing a new mobo tomorrow and now its installing windows..was I supposed to install windows?? will I need to reformat again? If I'm not supposed to install windows how do I stop the step up from doing it?
 
no, windows will get all pissed and not boot b/c it doesnt know what to do with the new chipset
all you did was waste your time by installing it the first time, wont hurt anything
 
oh..just one more question...tomorrow when I start up my rig all I have to do is set the bios to boot from the cd right?
