Was I dumb? On the other hand, was I smart?

Avoiding debt collectors for the past five years was an amazing feet. I surprise myself to this date on the things I have done. Living in this apartment, rent pass due, a three-day evection notice hangs on your front door, posted two days ago. It is midnight, the last day in your home. You have many things in your home thanks to credit cards, what do you do? Two AM is here, you take everything you have and open up a storage unit around the corner, until day light you move your possessions into the storage unit throughout the night. It is morning, you see the property owner walking up the sidewalk with a sheriff; you know it is time to go. You slip out the back and make a speedy get away looking in your rear view mirror with no emotions at all.

Running from state to state, avoiding debt collectors, wage garnishes, repossessions, using prepaid cell phones.

To at last, get a secured credit card in your name after five years is an amazing feeling.
Kids, take it from me. Stay in school, do not do drugs, and use credit wisely!

I may post more stories on how I avoided the over $15.000.00 in credit card debt alone.

Hmmm, I avoided the debt collectors by paying debts off. I avoided drugs by not doing drugs. I did leave school though... to avoid further debt.

No no no! You did it wrong.

Debt makes you poor.

If you're poor you can't afford Cocaine cause coke dealers don't take credit.

So you use the drugs as motivation to become successful.

You leave school to start you're own business, avoiding debt, becoming rich, and doing lots of good drugs.

i too avoided debt by paying it when it was due. i avoided drugs by stimulating my brain and body by studying and playing sports. i am still in school. life is not hard if you dont want it to be, and i can say that after having many, many unfortunate things happen to me - some very big things.
