I think Hitler was the most egalitarian because he wanted all German citizens to be equal in every way (economically and physically), whereas Thomas Jefferson just wanted all white men to be equal before the law, while not wanting to use government to completely enforce equality of outcome (he believed in a common treasury, but only for what he believed was enumerated in the Constitution).
Adolf Hitler (and especially his blend of elitism and egalitarianism) was a revolt against the Laws of Nature and of nature's God IMO.
