Just trying to settle something from this thread here

Are you pro-Bush or anti-Bush?

Did you find Colbert's speech at the Correspondent's dinner hilarious, or was it just "meh"?

I thought the bit Bush did with the Bush impersonator was funnier than Colbert.

VERY anti-Bush, but only found the skit to be mildly funny in places...the "interview tape" bit sucked...I haven't seen the bit with bush and the impersonator yet...that's supposed to be funny...

Colbert was better than the impersonator. The impersonator was just rehashing his old material, Colbert wrote his stuff for the dinner.

I'd say "mildly" anti-Bush and I turned it off about 7 minutes in because I found it a bore.

I'm very anti-Bush, but didn't think Colbert was all that funny. He'd have been better off leaving out that awful produced video segment.

I gotta ask...but why? Criticism of Bush is nothing unusual these days. In fact, criticism of Bush is pretty much a celebrated everyday occurence now. He's just following the pack in that regards IMHO.

It was inappropriate. Even when Bush tries to be nice people are always kicking him. And you wonder why the administration is the way it is?

I'm anti-Bush.

Your poll is flawed. You want to find out if people who are Pro-or-Anti-Bush found the Colbert speech funny or not. Choices should be:

Im pro bush and thought it was funny.
Im anti bush and thought it was funny.
Im pro bush and thought it wasnt funny.
Im anti bush and thought it wasnt funny.

I am not a fan of Bush, but I don't dislike him. Stephen Colbert did was decent. I don't think you can do the normal comedic stuff during that dinner. But I think it was a bit too harsh, especially when Bush was right there. He basically mocked and attacked the Bush administration. That video segment was very bad.

Overall a thumbs up.

I'm certainly anti-Bush, and I found Colbert's act much too confrontational to be funny when performed in front of the President. What makes it really embarrassing is that it was all arguably true...
