Was AT broke yesterday?

Hi.
I couldnt access either the AT Main page, or the forums, all of yesterday.
How come?

While doing an update on the server yesterday, Anand accidently bumped into Adul and her dress got caught up in the one the hard drive pulleys. That fried a breaker and the local hardware store was OOS.

Only the stickied post above says "Subscriber forums outage." Did working on the subscriber forums bring down anandtech.com and forums.anandtech.com?
