Was anyone on 495 today (MD-VA-DC area)?

I live in rockville and work in reston, on a normal day it takes me 30 min to get to and back from work...todya it took me 2 1/2 hours.

All teh traffic was caused by the damn Dulles Toll Road. The traffic on 495 (cause so many people are idiots and try to cut into the toll line exit and take up two lanes on a 4 lane highway :| ). And any road near the toll road was backed up.
