Was anyone hurt by debris from the Shuttle?

There were debris across several states. Was wondering if anyone reported injuries.

There was a house fire that was reported, but unsure if it was caused by Shuttle debris. It started as a roof fire. *shrugs*

Aside from heartbreak, I haven't heard of any other injuries.

I was wondering too. A few years ago, a Jet in miami (cargo - no passengers) had something break off, and it crashed through the roof of a car and killed the driver (who was on a major highway). It was a guy driving to/from work and left behind a wife / kids. That's just f-d up right there.
