Wary of new PSU, is it enough?

I've been considering an "external PSU" mod (To use the PSU space in the PC for a water cooling system) for some time using a custom 300 watt PC Power & Cooling 1u sized (Super-thin for rackmount PCs) PSU, but it was out of my price range (Especially with the customizations). I still needed a new PSU BADLY so I ordered an impresive sounding one off of eBay. They seemed proud that a buddy at IBM decided to try it out: LINK (Notice the picture taken from Enermax's site! :p) Anyway, it's 300 watts also, but I'm not sure that it's enough:
Dual .21 Celeron A's (366@550) running at 2.05v each
Abit BP6 (Known for providing extra power to fans)
GeForce2 GTS-V OCed to stock GF2 GTS
SB PCI128
2 ISA 10mb NICs
TV Tuner/Video capture board
Hollywood+ DVD decoder / MPEG OUT card
CD-RW drive
5x Creative PC-DVD
10GB IBM Deskstar drive (Older 5200rpm)
2 WD 10GB ATA66 drives running through WinXP's built-in software RAID stripping
Floppy + Zip 100
2 case, 2 HSF (GW-FOP-32), 1 Chipset fan + perhaps one more 120mm case fan in the near future

I sometimes put my laptop drive in for file transfers & may add a removeable drive in the near future, so we're looking at a total of 8 IDE drives running at once.

In case anyone's wondering, of course this is just my "spare parts" PC but at least it can run Quake3 with /r_smp!

With 2 processors, multiple hard drives, and surplus of expansion cards, this thing looks like it should push the limits of a 300watt PSU, but I have most of it running on a 250 watt right now (The CD-ROM & RAID seems to "disappear" sometimes while using the PC if I leave all the fans running). No TV card, DVD card, Zip drive, laptop drive, or second NIC but they're waiting on standby por that new PSU...

Maybe I should just get a second one & do the dual-PSU mod? I do have a dual power cable (AC "Y" cable) :)
