Warranty on OEM and open-box video cards

Does anyone have a definitive list of GPU makers policies on OEM and open-box warranties? I know OEM BB ATI cards are NOT warrantied, and I know that although Powercolor offers a life time warranty, it does not cover OEM purchases. Another thing I've heard is that ASUS and MSI honor warranties on open-box items, but I do not know what their stance is on OEM. This information is not easily found on manufacturers websites for some reason. Also, any experiences with individiual companies rma and warranty service would be useful information. I'm curious about peoples experiences with HIS, Sapphire, Powercolor, and MSI in particular. Thanks.
