warped fUnc sUrface 1030 rubber pad

Anyone else out there have this problem? the rubber part is all warped out of shape and now the surface won't not fit inside it correctly :| Does anyone know how I can fix this?

How did it get warped? How long have you had it for? Where did you buy it from?

had it for about a year

I ordered one of these last week but won't recieve it until Thursday. I'd recommend calling or e-mailing Act-Labs and seeing what they can for you.

I have 2 of them same thing happened to me, don't know why. I just use it without the pad kind of a drag but oh well.

yup, that's wut I'm doing now. I only use one side of the surface so I guess I can get some double sided tape to secure the pad

I've had mine for at least two years now & I've never had a bit of trouble with it.
