Everytime I log on to Trillian (v. 0.73) I get this message from messenger@microsoft.com

Is this something I should care about?

MS Messenger protocol is changing. MS has been working with Trillian to get their client updated (or vice versa). Trillian is updating (has already updated) the (beta) pro version to include the latest features/support. The free version will be updated later. In the meantime you'll get those messages until they turn off the old protocol. Then you'll lose support.

I just close it and wait till trillian release new version that will support MS new protocol.

Is the beta any good? I've gotten the invite to try it out but I wasn't sure if it was worth it.
