I am absolutely furious with LA Police Gear right now.
I used a coupon code for free shipping on items over $50, specifically added two items to get there.
Charged as expected on my card, packing slip reflected correct charge.
Then magically 4 days later, no notification, there is a $9.99 shipping charge.
I call them and they say it is my fault for using the coupon incorrectly. I know damn well for a fact that other codes I've tried that were used incorrectly come back with an error, they have a filter.
So they admit it, say "it must have been a computer glitch" but your bad. Unreal. I have never head of something lilke this.
I mean, have you ever bought something at a store and had them decide they didn't like the sale they gave you and willy nilly add extra charges?
I would take their sales and coupons with a huge grain of salt, and personally I cannot comprehend how they can have their voice recording state how great the customer service is.
